Job Application Procedure

1.	Applying - The company considers qualified applicants from 2 sources : - Resume sent via E-mail at jobs@ibn-group.com by post and walk-in. - Application from company's network sources. You can also search the detailed information of vacancies at www.ibn-group.com menu opportunities.

2.	Reply - The company will consider whether your qualification is suitable to applied position or not. If yes, we will contact you within 2 weeks via your E-mail attached with Invitation Card, Map, and Password to access http://www.ibn-group.com/ Then, enter to Opportunities menu in order to make an appointment for testing (We will consider only the applicant who has received Invitation Card and made an appointment in advance via our Web Site).

3.	Requirements and collateral document - Please bring along on appointment date : - 1 or 2 inches photo - Resume - Transcript, Education Record, and/or Certificate - Copy of Identification Card - Copy of Census record - A letter of Job Recommendation (Optional) - TOEIC or TOELF score record (Optional) - Copy of Men for Military Service record (Optional) - Copy of Passport or Visa for foreign applicant

4.	First Interview - Testing process. Please contact Ms. Kalaya or Mr. Chanchai for testing upon your arrival at Human Resources Department on the first floor. Testing hour is 2 hours. After finishing your test, submit the paper and collateral document to the Human Resources Officer for checking.

5.	Second Interview - After test, your paper and collateral document will be submitted to the Manager of your applied department. Consideration period takes about 2 weeks. If you pass the test, the Human Resources Officer will contact you for individual interview with the department Manager.

6.	Notification - If you PASS the individual interview, the Human Resources Officer will contact you within 3 days to make further appointment for setting starting date and signing Contract.

7.	Higher Position - If you apply for the higher position, you are required to have the third interview with the Managing-Director.
