Ticket Reservation Officer / Supervisor
Qualification
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Tourism or related field
- Strong command of English skills in writing, listening & speaking
- Computer literacy & ability to use Amadeus and Galileo are preferred
- For Ticket Reservation Supervisor, Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields
- For Ticket Reservation Officer, Exprience in related field is advantage
- Good personality and leadership skill
- Ready to work in a shift & overtime

Job Description
- Able to impress the customers and callers with your active intiative and willingness to solve customer problem.
- Assistant customers with inquires about their travel itinerary
- Make a reservation for customer by system ,so you must be able to operate Galileo and Worldspan
- Check all invoices with our online booking system recived on a daily basis,quickly and efficiently
- Work as a shift, Can work on holiday.
- Working 6 days per week , 8 hours per day
