Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or Higher in Tourism or related field
- Strong command of English skills in writing, listening & speaking and other languages is preferable.
- Computer literacy & ability to use Amadeus and Galileo are preferred
- For Ticket Reservation Manager, Minimum of 5 years experience in related fields

Job Description
- To manage and supervise the services quality of Ticket reservation Staff.
- Coordinate with management to understand customer problem and satisfactory.
- Assist in Business Planning, Project Works, Product Evaluation and Costing.
- Co-ordinate with travel suppliers such as Airline and travel agencies.
- Perform research and analyze sales data.
- Assist in targeting new destinations and identifying potential suppliers.
- Develop and expand Rooting and Airline.
- Working on Mon – Sat 08.30 am - 05.30 pm
